There will be a 7.0 % sales tax calculated to all Florida buyers. Once the auction is over the total will be e-mailed and form of payment must be chosen.

Return Policy

For your total satisfaction we offer a seven day return policy. That means that if you are not totally satisfied with the item purchased, you may return it no questions asked for a full refund (less shipping and handling) upon receipt of item in our office. Please contact our office within the three days after receiving the item if not totally satisfied. Keep in mind that returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be given if we are not contacted within seven days of purchase. All items must be in the same condition as sold for a full refund, and shipping to us must be insured for the full amount of purchase and signature required.

Warranty

We provide a warranty of one year from the date of purchase on every watch we sell. Damage caused by neglect or misuse, water damage, or damage to the crystal or bracelet are not covered by Messina Jewelers. Messina Jewelers is the sole warrantor of every item sold through this website, improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Messina Jewelers will void this warranty. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
